Still using v1.3?

If you're still using DOCman 1.3RC2 or older, please note that you won't be able to upgrade using the 'Update' feature in DOCman. Due to the many improvements in DOCman 1.4, the only way to upgrade is by following the steps in the readme file. Don't worry, it's not complicated. Many users have done it succesfully :-)

The new version is

• more stable
  
• more secure
  
• much faster (30% on small sites, up to 70% on big sites!)
  

So we encourage everybody to upgrade as soon as possible.
